Key Processes In-House

From cutting to packing, laser cutting, welding, pin setting and riveting, wet and hand grinding, flattening, tempering, electro-deposition coating and packaging are all done in our own factory. In 2026 we added laser cutting equipment so blades are cut in-house, reducing time spent waiting for outside stamping, cutting work-in-process inventory and speeding up samples and small orders.

Lean Production

We have followed the Toyota Production System (TPS) for years, using 5S, visual management and standard work so every station works the same way and problems are visible on the spot. Operators are cross-trained to cover several stations, so no single station depends on one person and staff can be reassigned quickly when orders change.

Flexible Custom Development

We develop new products from customer drawings or physical samples; when no drawing exists, we rebuild one through 3D scanning and reverse modeling before sampling. Custom options include laser-engraved branding, handle printing, alternative handles, hang cards and barcode packaging, so products are ready for the shelf when they leave our factory.
